Customer Service Trainee ( 19002012 )

General Description

The main mission for Customer Service Representative located in Mexico City, is to be responsible for Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence in terms of order treatment & follow up, taking total ownership of customer orders from PO reception and/or artwork reception to delivery and invoice, doing the coordination of the order requirements and process flow with the appropriate departments including Sales, Supply Chain, Global Order Engineering, Production and Finance

To succeed at this job, must be Independent with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Project Management, Sales administration and logistics

Proactive and ability to work under pressure

Good Organizational skills

Proactive dynamic, independent, innovative thinker, self-sufficient and multitasking

Must have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, English certification, or any related discipline

We are looking for someone with a good level in excel and Microsoft tools
