Role Summary

Baker Hughes a GE Company has an opening for a Customer Service Management Specialist based in Singapore The position will support the Supply Chain Manufacturing Division As a leader in the oilfield services industry, Baker Hughes offers opportunities for qualified people who want to grow in our high performance organization Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders

Essential Responsibilities

Facilitate Order Management from order entry to delivery, this includes Purchase Requisition conversion, Customer Order Contract review, managing Frontend design changes to Delivery Ticket issuance and Shipment arrangements

Maintain customer service and build good relationship with customers to fulfil their requirements through prompt response via email, phone and video-conference

Provide update to customers on order status

Lead weekly/bi-weekly Customer engagement calls

Follow-up on outstanding issues, and take ownership for customer satisfaction

Manage Return Order processing, including investigation

Develop and maintain the ongoing collaborative relationship with each functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met

Drive continuous improvements in daily operations and standard operating procedures

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Minimum 3 years in customer service and order entry experience

Knowledge of SAP ECC an advantage

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT

Possess a positive proactive attitude, has a customer centric mindset and mindset to learn

Ability to build and maintain relation with customers

Team player with can-do attitude and commitment to corporate improvement

Ability to handle high work load and stress, multitasking and working independently

Strong analytical skills with focus on critical thinking

Excellent communication, negotiation and written skills as well as ability to interface with all levels of customers and internal cross functions
