Job Description:

Handling complaint management through Job/ PM/FM modules in CRM Software including 

A- Receiving complaint, interacting with complainant, registering  

     complaint, generating job no, advising job no to complainant

B- Ensuring approvals have been received for Jobs in To be  

     Approved stage

C- Ensure that PM jobs   logged and assigned 

D -Ensuring that FM jobs are logged and job nos generated are 

     advised to State in Charge FM for assigning

E - Coordinating with Spare Parts Controller to ensure  

     availability of Spare parts required for Breakdown and AMC    

     jobs 

F -Updating data in Trackweb except for AMC contract related 

    Data

G - Ensuring entry of all Service Reports through Data Entry  

     Operator

H - Changing job status from completed to closed stage

J -  Check & pass Daily Time Sheet of CSEs

K - Preparing estimates for billable jobs and obtain approval from customer before its execution
