Email & Chat Support- Customer Service




  • Respond to queried received through Email and Chat

  • Ensure adherence of quality norms by the company

  • Should have good probing skills to diagnose the problem for the first attempt

  • Ensure logical approach to resolve issues

  • Work independently to resolve issues

  • 10+2 / Graduates (freshers/experience)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem solving ability

  • Should be ready to work in UK shift
