Handling the customer query / grievances
Understanding the customer query and accordingly giving the resolution
Revert to the clients (Happy Calling), thus confirming the service
Focusing on the CSAT & identifying the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on the same
Pleasing Personality with decent communication
Ability to do Multi-Tasking
Must be graduate
