This Roles & Responsibility providing notifications to the Clients and assisting with any Queries they may have 

The customer Service Representative handles all inbound requests from these source and provides

Primary point of contact for External & Internal  Customers

Assitance in addressing request

 inquiries can include but not limited to products order 

Good comm skills 

Excellent time

management skills 

Attention to details and the ability to multi task

 

Confident to handle assign Responsebilty

Graduation is must 

Minimum 1 Year  Exp into  International Bpo

Should be Flexible in Rotational Shift
