Job Responsibilities


  • Deal with customers to understand their requirements and provide the right solutions to them, on a timely basis

  • Promote inside sales with regard to services of the organization depending on the client requirement

  • Understand the business structure, and guide clients by giving them relevant information and providing the best services

  • Respond to various client queries through voice and chat processes

  • Increase brand value by ensuring the delivery of high-quality services

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

  • Freshers or Experienced are eligible

  • Candidates who can speak Kannada or Marathi or Bengali English is Mandatory

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
