Key Skills
Excellent communication skills, fluency in Bengali ,Hindi and English
Candidate should be Confident, extrovert, spontaneous in nature and should have good convencing power, and leadership qualities
Ability to communicate clearly to students and parents
Good Comprehension Skills- Ability to clearly understand and address customer issue appropriately
Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast- paced environment

To provide information about the study material to the customers by telecalling
To manage inbound and outbound calling
To resolve the complaints
Inform clients to available services for E-Learning solutions
Answer the calls professionally to provide information
Keep records of customer interactions and recording details of inquiries related to E-Learning solutions, complaints and as well as the actions taken
To maintain relationship between customers and service provider
