Job Summary

- Position involves handling a team for managing the following functions at the company level

- Partner with customers to identify their business challenges and work with the product and tech teams to build a success strategy for these customers

Principle Accountabilities

- Take accountability for account growth strategy driving upsell and cross sell opportunities in the accounts

- Develop strong working relationships across sales, product and marketing teams

- Create value for customers by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a - success plan- with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them

- Select, build and develop the team by recruiting, training, defining staff development areas and providing ongoing feedback, coaching and training

- Execute strong business practices to drive effective use of consulting methodologies within the team to achieve and exceed customer expectations

- Contribute to product team by providing insight and feedback relative to customers- critical business issues and solutions opportunities

- Responsible to own and maintain a strong customer relationship with the leadership teams of the medium and large customers across India and International Markets

Primary Relationships

- The position reports Chief Customer Officer

- This position works closely with Internal teams and Clients

Best fit profile

- 6 to 10 years of overall work experience

- Proven track record in account management/customer success exceeding revenue targets

- Proven ability to build and strengthen customer relationships at C-level, map the customers business objectives to product capabilities and craft win-win value propositions

- Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams

- Ability to manage customer success team size of 10+ members

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

- Ability to accurately estimate effort and resources required to meet companys strategic goals

- Willing to travel up to 50% of time

- Candidate with an MBA will be preferred

- Candidate with start-up experience will be preferred

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
