AVP - Re-seller Development

Job Summary

- Crofarm aims at building a technology-enabled supply chain to serve consumers with the best quality of fruits and vegetables with focus on product and supply chain efficiencies Crofarm does more than INR 250 million annualized business in Delhi-NCR with a 2000+ retailer network moving more than 10,000 tones of fresh produce

- Crofarms management team consists of serial entrepreneurs who are graduates of premier institutions like IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIM Ahmedabad Crofarm is funded by Pravega Ventures, FactorE Ventures and also has prominent angels as investors like Rajan Anandan (MD, Sequoia Capital), Jitendra Gupta (MD, PayU India)



- Responsible for building a network of new age resellers for this platform to reach out to end consumers using Crofarm Tech and distribution services

- Responsible for overall revenue and network growth of this channel

- Responsible for engaging re-sellers with content, product and advisory support

- Responsible to driving metrics like no of orders per reseller, average order value, reseller rejection etc

- Should be able to direct and support social media engagement team to increase traction on platform

- Ensure consumer/reseller satisfaction by checking on complaints, commitments made by team members etc


- Responsible for leading a team of more than 1000 managers and resellers as well as takes ownership of the entire process

- Build a sustainable talent pipeline in line with workforce planning

- Foster high potential talent development

- Manage team performance and motivation in a highly competitive market

Collaboration and Coaching

- Collaborate with other functions to achieve business objectives

- Train sales team on products, trade, processes and customer management

- Responsible for providing market feedback to the management and help drive decision making


- At least 5+ years experience in business development / sales with minimum relevant experience of 2+ years in network marketing/ social commerce

- Entrepreneurial, Extrovert Willing to get hands dirty

- Should have strong networking skill Should be able to connect to all class and creed

- An MBA degree from a Tier1 institute

- Experience in channel sales and new product launches is a big plus

- Knowledge of fruits, vegetables is a big plus
