Job Description:

-

1 To look after entire department of CRM and handle entire after sales activities related to allotments, payment schedules, agreements, payment receipts, reminder letters, loans, mutation, nominations,

cancellations, correspondence, delay payment interest cases and possession of properties

2 Responsible to issue Allotment Letters, Payment Schedules, Space Buyers Agreement to the customers on well-timed

3 To send due payments demand notices and reminders to the customers as per payment plan & do collection of the payments(With the help of your junior staff)

4 To prepare MIS report for Sales revenue, collection or any other reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis as directed by Management

5 Co-ordination with other departments eg Sales, Marketing, Finance and Projects

6 Dealing with associates, verify and check their commission bill, to solve their commission related (brokerage) queries

7 Checking & Issuing of Payment Demand Notices and Payment Reminders to customers with Monitoring of

Documentation Team- Record file and folders of customers

8 Responsible to financial assistance to the company from the banks if require

Possession Coordinating the handing over of the possession on receipt of the occupation

certificate; intimating the allottees, settling their accounts; processing the documentation

received; mediating between the customers and the site office, getting the apartment completed;

ensuring that all the allottees take the possession within reasonable time

Registration Preparing and processing the Form A, required for registration Coordinating the

preparation of sale deed, execution and dispatch of the same
