Job Description:

The primary role will be to support the Prime Flow desk daily, with opportunities to learn the trade assistant role in the following areas;

- You will provide timely & accurate service to both internal and external clients

- Swap/Equity and FX Trade booking, trade confirmations to the clients and allocating the trades

- Production of the trade management exception report to clients

- Client queries management and improving/automating processes

- Processing of corporate action out turn bookings and dividends

- Investigation and resolution of swap-hedge breaks

- FX - Trade booking and reconciliation of FX breaks between Swap & Hedge bookings

- Daily interaction and primary support contact for trader assistants

- Working with IT, Asset Serving, Front Office Traders, TA- s, PC, CSRs and clients on ad hoc queries

- Production of ad hoc reports for Front office traders

- Production of the weekly/monthly metrics schedule to PC, FO, Management

- Operating within our Conduct & Ethic standards, being aware of operational risk, raising when any identified with a focus on striving for operational excellence and working with the wider team on constant improvement
