Job Description:

Job Responsibilities


  • Support clients by means of email / phone / WebEx support

  • Conduct the product user training at customer site or in-house

  • Presentation of products and new development to clients, at different conferences and events

  • Managing customer expectations

  • Thorough testing of products and providing feedbacks to development team

  • Writing technical documentation and information material

  • The execution of projects by application of the products

  • Designing or optimizing methodologies and automating the CAE process

  • Frequent travels will be part of the Job profile for pre and post sales activities


Required Technical Skills


  • ANSA or META software knowledge is must

  • Good knowledge of explicit solvers (LS-Dyna / PAM CRASH / ABAQUS- EX) is must

  • Good knowledge of Crashworthiness and safety regulations

  • Knowledge of Python, C++ or Java is preferred

  • Knowledge of computational methods and finite elements

  • Knowledge of CAD or CAE systems

  • Work experience in a software technical support department

  • Knowledge of Primer software an additional requirement

  • Work experience in a software technical support department added advantage
