Job Description:

Develop objectives and policies for sales organization Plans and set effective directions towards achieving overall organization objectives Coordinate with Marketing Department for competitive positioning to maximize sales volume and profit from all segments of the market and be able to identify new market potentials for growth

Responsibilities

Contribute to business planning at the top executive level to develop sales strategies and plans that are consistent with the organizations overall mission, meeting short and long term objectives

Prepare sales forecast; establish targets for Taiwan such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the organization against these goals; adjust sales strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions

Oversee the overall sales budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of sales activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending

Coordinate with marketing department to develop pricing and discount strategies to maximize sales revenue and profit margin

Pursue major prospects and leads and negotiate terms of sales with major clients that will maximize the organizations business interests

Liaise with other senior executives across the organization (particularly in marketing and operations) to ensure that sales strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives

Establish sales force training program to achieve sales excellence

Other assignments required by the company

Requirements

Dedicated and proven leader able to work closely with all business functions

Minimum 10 years experience with at least 5 years of progressive sales management experience in MNC

Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential

High energy level required

Fluent in English and Chinese a must

Very hands on in managing and result oriented

Integrity, stable and honest

No compromise on business ethics

Have excellent proven record of performance
