Job Description:


As a Country Head / National Business Head for the Made to Measure Shirts Division your responsibility includes

Drive Business Results and departments which includes Technical, Commercial, New Business Development and Operations

Leverage knowledge within the fashion industry and strong business acumen to develop and strengthen relationships, drive sales and implement strategies for the growth of the business

Design the go to market plan and create a brand

Ensure exceptional quality, fit and timeliness in delivery

Consistently deliver on the promise of extraordinary customer service

Enhance partner & customer experience with programs and events that set us apart from competition

Define best practices and consistent operating standards

Strong collaboration with field leadership and store teams to understand customer needs to grow the business

Use metrics and quantitative data to understand performance based on cost, quality and service level

Identify, evaluate and implement process improvements for the benefit of the customer experience and operating standards and efficiencies

Develop and maintain effective and valuable external relationships that benefit the business

Attract, retain and develop top talent

Hire, train, motivate and lead a team of dedicated Associates to grow, drive and achieve business results

Develop and implement succession plans for key positions, ensuring constant pool of promotable associates or external candidates

Coach, counsel and inspire team to consistently drive results and high levels of customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

8 plus years in a Business Leader role driving business growth through strategic initiatives and new business development in a fashion business

A passion for innovation with a demonstrated ability to drive change and resultant business growth within our Made to Measure business

Results oriented with a proven track record of exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment

Strong strategic thinking skills with an ability to develop and implement actionable strategies

Strong relationship management and team orientation

Ability to influence and lead direct reports and stakeholders in a cross functional, field and manufacturing environment

Solid project management experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

Excel and analytical proficiency

Entrepreneurial spirit and risk-taking ability

Knowledge of the apparel industry in India

Ability to lead teams and drive a vision
