Job Description:

Corporate Sales Manager Responsibilities


  • Drive the new Business directly and through the sales team by actively managing the sales process ie lead generation, credentials pitch, Consultative questioning, solutions pitch, negotiation and closing

  • Building and maintaining business relationships with customer

  • Scheduling meetings to discuss and assess customer current and future insurance needs

  • Helping Support team in researching insurance policies and products & negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance providers

  • Develop overall BD strategic action plans to ensure achievement of revenue targets

  • Manage existing relationships to achieve 100% retention along with cross sell

  • Ensure 100% adherence to policies processes & systems

  • Renewing or amending existing policies for customer

  • People management, which includes enhancing team performance by recruiting new talents and training existing team

  • Will be responsible to create brand awareness in the respective markets the incumbent operates in

  • Will have to drive a profitable P&L with a sustained growth rate and increase in market share
