Role as Business Development Manager for a cluster would be to profitably grow RIVIGO in all lines of business (full truck, Express part truck load, cold chain, marketplace and new business lines as they get added)

You will execute on exciting Go-To-Market strategies to acquire new customers across corporates, SMEs, channel and retail

The role more challenging is that you would develop skills in pricing, product GTM along with collections This role would report directly to the Cluster Business Manager (CBM)

Prospect potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking You will also leverage the Inside Sales team

Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that help achieve assigned sales targets

Work closely with CBM to ensure product mix is maintained at an optimum level

Should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design solutions

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
