Corporate Salary Manager-Branch Banking

Job Summary

Responsible for identification of companies/corporates in the catchment of the designated Cluster, suited for Salary Accounts
Preparation of list of prospective companies with key decision makers in each corporate clearly identified
Cultivate new clients through referrals and calling efforts to achieve individual targets for company on-boarding
Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing corporates
Engage in activities and create good network of connections which can help on-board companies swifter
Develop effective ways to promote Brand awareness that lead to measurable business results
Collect, conduct due-diligence of the documents needed for company on-boarding process
Ensuring productivity of Sales Officers and timely on-boarding of Salary Accounts, with regard to the On-boarded companies so as to ensure salary uploads are done on time
Ensure that salary upload process is smooth and proper communication to both corporates and Operations team be done
Planning activities on the corporates to create cross sell opportunities for Personal Loans, Term Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Insurance, etc
Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship
Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products
Goes beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products enhancement of customer value
Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
Ensure continuity of high quality service, product delivery, and responsiveness to corporate needs
Penetration of group/family account of the existing mapped base
Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

5 years of experience in some or all facets of Corporate Salary Relationship
Strong aptitude for Corporate Sales
Analytic and technology oriented
Good Relationship Management skills
Demonstrated leadership experience in interacting with larger Business & cross-functional teams with a sound understanding of key business drivers
