The Corporate Accounts Leader (CAM) is responsible for managing a Multi - Million $ portfolio (base +target) of the client The CAM ensures that on-going relationships aremaintained with customers while maximizing Clients offerings and profitability The key objective of theCAM is to drive the growth within his assigned customer base by demonstrating the Companys promise andthe value we provide as a total solutions partner - cleaner, safer, healthier - everywhere it matters

Accountabilities & Key Internal Relationships

- The CAM reports to the CAM Leader or VP of Corporate Accounts Significant interaction and partnershipwith field sales, corporate accounts finance and marketing

Primary Responsibilities

Business Results

- Meet the established sales & profitability targets for the assigned customers

Account & Customer Management

- Identify key decision makers in assigned customers and cultivate relationships to ensuresatisfaction and confidence in ALL Company offerings Target Customer Corporate Level (C-suite,VP Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Sustainability) and key personnel at the most importantCustomer plants

- Develop a relationship strategy unique to each customer based on current and future needs thatfosters a long-term, trusted relationship with Company

- Build and continuously update the Strategic Account Plan, and establish customer action plans tomeasure regular progress against the established action plan Ensure alignment with GlobalStrategic Account Plans by liaising with respective Global Account Manager / Business Leader

- Communicate the Strategic Account Plan regularly within Ecolab to ensure all parties clearlyunderstand the strategies necessary to meet assigned customers- current and future needs

- Lead and coach employees in their area of responsibility, ensure constructive teamwork acrossborders and across hierarchical reporting lines - Virtual Team Management

- Serve as the customers final - service guarantee- by ensuring that outstanding issues areresolved in a timely manner and to the customers complete satisfaction

- Serve as the knowledge expert with respect to understanding assigned customer businesses andcollaborate with other key internal partners
