Company Description Microchip Technology Inc is a leading provider of embedded control applications Our product portfolio comprises general purpose and specialized 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit microcontrollers, 32-bit microprocessors, field-programmable gate array (FPGA) products, a broad spectrum of high-performance linear, mixed-signal, power management, thermal management, radio frequency (RF), timing, safety, security, wired connectivity and wireless connectivity devices, as well as serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), Serial Flash memories, Parallel Flash memories, and serial Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) We also license Flash-IP solutions that are incorporated in a broad range of products



Responsibilities

Manage the backlog of RMAs
The scheduling and rescheduling of orders
Receiving RMA equipment as needed along with maintaining the Receiving Discrepancy Report
Data Collection
Oracle Quality Module review
Records retention
Material Transactions in Oracle
Maintaining and following up on clearing order holds
Interface with Service group, Materials and Shipping/Receiving
Participate in cross-functional teams devoted to efficiency, cost-reduction, inventory reduction, inventory turns, and quality
Monitor key indicators to ensure achievement of goals
Must be able to recognize problem areas and implement corrective solutions
Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition
Other projects, duties, or cross-training responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in equivalent role
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with minimum supervision
Excellent written communication skills using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
Work well under pressure and daily deadlines
Highly motivated and willing to work flexible work hours to accommodate business needs
