Coolberg is Indias leading brand and specialist in Zero Alcohol Beers with presence in more than 40 cities in India across 16 states Coolberg is offered in multiple friendly flavours and the brand is playful and target towards millennials We are moving towards building a lifestyle category drink which can be consumed anytime, anywhere and by anyone Products are served through a strong network of distributors and sales force team who make sure that Coolberg drinks are available all the time in the stores

We are looking to on-board a senior leader in the company who can drive the business through deep understanding of the market and consumer behaviour - A champion partner in our success

Responsibilities for the role include

- Understanding and driving Coolbergs market penetration for each city and region in India

- Mapping Coolbergs distribution network for each city and region in India and identifying gaps

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company- s customer base and ensures strong presence

- Identification and tracking of key accounts from entire sales database and developing key strategies to manage and drive the sales through sales team

- Strategizing and building automated processes for SalesForce Reporting using best available softwares in the market

- Optimizing the productivity of SalesForce by deploying efficient route to market planning and optimizing sales outlet visit frequency

- Strengthening the process and coordination between Sales team and Marketing team to ensure optimum and timely deployment of marketing tools

- Building, tracking and improving key sales metrics for the organization

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and trend analysis

- Getting customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement and sales

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

- Proven work experience of minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst or at Strategic Senior role

- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

- Excellent communication skills

- Analytical and multitasking skills

- Team handling and motivational skills

- MBA /CA Degree with working experience in FMCG sector, Food Service or Food Retail preferred
