The purpose of the Assurance CoE is to assist Tribes and Australia Division through providing expertise to help them manage risk and protect our customers, bankers and shareholders

As a Control Assessment Expert, you will support the Tribes & Australia Division in identifying, designing and assessing controls to protect shareholders, customers and bankers

What you bring to the Assurance CoE as a Control Assessment Expert

Strong collaboration with Tribes and Australia Division, partnering to develop effective operational risk management solutions

Desire to identify, assess and improve the control environment and present risk data in meaningful timely and innovative ways

Creating a thorough understanding of how our customers and bankers embed proactive and sustainable controls in everyday activities

Using analytical insights and identifying opportunities to build controls that can be built into business processes to better balance risk with customer propositions

Willingness to look at things differently, challenge the status quo and innovate

Analytical, flexible, curious

Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build relationships
