Contract Senior, Specialist, Business Management Office (BMO), Treasury & Markets Operations, Technology & Operations (12-month contract) - ( WD05671 )

Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels

The Role

A team member in the Business Management Office (Centralized Team), the successful candidate will support T&M Ops in running Business Management, Financials, People Development and Data Analysis

Responsibilities

Partner and enable stakeholders to use Report/Dashboard for strategic planning, review on performance metrics, measure, access/identification of risks, opportunities, areas of improvement etc applying data analytics & prioritizing actionable insights
Support People Development Map training and development roadmap for staff and Graduate Associates under TMO Design program for people development, training and assessment (inclusive of Talents)
Engage regional entities and Country Reps in Performance Index on Service alignment, Partnership engagement and renewal
Generate monthly PA pack for all locations on Financials, Turnover, Dealer and Operation Quality
Provide Analytic Insights into Management Tool Kit (MTK) productivity metrics, Operational MIS dashboard and analysis on resource capacity
Establish the performance goals, allocate resources via MTK, assess service level agreement for Regional Processing Centre with Regional Entities Manager
Develop KPI score card, Strategy document, facilitate tracking of benefit and Productivity saves
Direct short-term and long-term planning and budget development to support strategic business goals
Prepare document for Management Review, Business Forums, BMO Engagement & Roadmaps etc, with actionable recommendations
Organize TMO events, Offsite, Onboarding, Town hall, Roadshow, Management Meeting when required
Present key findings to senior management and/or other stakeholders with actionable recommendations

Requirements

A university degree or higher in Computing, applied statistics, data mining, machine learning, or related quantitative discipline
Min 2-3 years relevant working experience
Proven ability in structured data analytics, business analysis and problem solving
Strong data analysis skills using R, Python, SQL, Microsoft Excel, MS Access and VBA required
Proficient in Business Intelligence Tools (Example QlikView, Tableau)
Experience in bank operations preferred but not compulsory
Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking and ability to articulate with strong presentation skills will be an advantage
Able to multi-task and work under pressure and ability to generate respect and trust from stakeholders and team
Able to drive innovation
