Department Content Delivery

Job Description Primary responsibilities include execution of account strategies within select Unilog Content Solutions accounts As Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall satisfaction of the Customer by managing content enrichment and data projects The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing accounts in a technology company, preferably one that provides a professional services and/or software-as-a-service product The most desirable candidates will have a deep understanding ecommerce and importance of product content/data, as well as proven experience managing and delivering high quality projects on time and in scope

To succeed, you must be able communicate the value of Unilogs services to the Customers project stakeholders and build relationships at all levels of the organization You also must be able to develop clear project planning documents, with objectives, timelines and delivery expectations, and deliver against them This role can involve a wide range of activities including (but not limited to) project planning, customer service escalation, expanding relationships within existing accounts, devising and supporting strategies for generating new business within new relationships at these existing accounts, embedding yourself with your accounts to become a content solutions thought leader and customer resource

The Account Manager will be required to work constructively with various teams within Unilog, both in US and India This will include the client services, content production, data quality sales, marketing, and engineering teams They will need to be demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be adaptable to changes in our delivery deadlines, project scopes, product sales process/cycle, and manage his/her time while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Responsibilities Own the relationship with clients at all levels, properly set their expectations, and ensure that their needs are met in a timely manner
Strategically prioritize workload based on client type, and handle multiple client issues
Coordinate internal resources and Customer stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation with that includes tracking goals/objectives, delivery schedule, changes, risks, responsible stakeholders and KPI measurement
Present a professional image via communication skills, both proactively and when under duress
Regularly evaluate levels of customer satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement and address potential concerns
Establish an excellent rapport with new and existing clients and advise them on how to maximize their investment in our technology and services
Unearth new sales opportunities and work with Sales team to grow business
Build client references and uncover client success stories to share with the sales team
Create value by staying current with competitive industry trends and relating them to a clients ecommerce goals

Skills Proven customer-facing skills as an Account Manager or similar role
Enthusiastic and passionate about ecommerce, experience within the B2B distribution is a plus
Strong background in Product Data, Master Data Management, Product Information Management, Data Governance and Data Quality
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to figure out how things should work, and to identify patterns and trends
Excellent relationship building and project management abilities
Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work
Strong internal drive to prioritize tasks, work with limited daily oversite and manage offshore teams
Experience in managing ticket/case systems (Jira) and technical document platforms (Confluence)
Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills
Strong Excel proficiency and ability to work with large data sets
Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus
Ability to communicate cross culturally with Indian colleagues

Education Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
