Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Responsible for end to end delivery of CDP operations and maintain tight linkages and relations with CRM users (brand and brand agencies), CDP solution teams, and other coordinated CDP platform service providers Requires governance of key ITIL processes such as incident management, problem management, critical issue management, capacity and performance management and operational substantial metric reporting and analytics Lead the regional implementation of effective coordinated operational model including important metric definitions and goals setting (process owner working directly with business and IT owners) for new CDP platform and based on aligned operational completion critical metrics Define repeatable processes and standards that are tied to resolving specific operational challenges with clear, well-defined outcomes and measurable standards for CDP platform Drive the continuous improvement effort by bringing to bear deep operational analytics skills and incorporating industry standard practices (SRE Site Reliability Engineering) Continuously upgrade own technical skills, to understand and influence selected applications architecture and supporting infrastructure Own root cause analysis and SPOF removals from operations perspective Assess technical skills of scaled incident resolutions teams to improve to expected levels, using mixed team setup including in-house SRE team members Lead integrated CDP IT Operations with multiple supplier operation teams for incident, approvals and downtime planning/alignment with business teams and related communications Incident Commander (Duty Manager) rotation as part of the E2E Operation Team

Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role Previous experience and shown passion with ITIL process knowledge and consumer data domain knowledge are a plus We expect the ideal candidate demonstrates passion and prior experiences in learning to grow additional IT skills and knowledge in a similar role Strong leadership, interpersonal skills with validated technical and analytical skills as IT Operation and Application Manager Experience of balancing suppliers in outsourcing contracts, ability to work in multi vendor environment Strong issue management skills / ability to lead formal IT operation partner concerns Crisis conflict management Passion for operational excellence, problem solving, and ownership in accomplishing goals EDUCATION CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor s and Master s Degree preferred IT Operations o ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations (minimum requirement) o ITIL Intermediate Certifications (optional) DevOps o LEAN or Six Sigma o CISSP Just so you know We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company Our mission of Diversity and Inclusion is Everyone valued Everyone included Everyone performing at their peak ,
