Consumer Credit Digital Enablement Head - ( WD07024 )

Our new digital banking initiative will focus on creating innovative products and services to integrate banking into our customers digital lifestyle

Responsibilities

Lead and drive digitization initiative within Consumer Credit & Collection Units
Establish digitization initiatives and set up digitization operating model in Credit processes
Work together with all Units in Consumer Credit and other related Units to identify and implement digitization initiatives to improve Employee Journey and Customer Journey Ensuring digital initiatives are embedded across all Units within Consumer Credit
Introduce Test & Learn Framework for any changes in policies and/or processes as part of digitization initiative within Bank Risk Appetite
Ensure Cost & Benefit analysis are done comprehensively in each of the digitization strategy

Requirement

Experience in Consumer Credit area, particularly in Policy & Credit Approval process
Experience in implementing Process Improvements (with Automation)
Good understanding in end to end Consumer Credit processing
Good understanding in Banking Regulation, Operational Risk, in addition to Credit Risk
