Consulting Solution Lead, SCM - 1900185G

Preferred Qualifications

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within SCM product family

Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to design business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs Operates independently by applying Oracle methodology, leading practices, and creativity to develop business solutions on moderately complex customer engagements

Lead Supply Chain Management solution design aspects of engagement(s) in a Functional Lead role ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions
Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers
Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes within SCM product family; or architects and designs technology solutions that address cross stack issues
Provide subject matter expertise in the Oracle Procurement, Order Management and Supply Chain Management Cloud applications
Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions
In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices
Able to configure the application to meet the clients business process and requirements and develop workarounds as necessary
Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and management of configuration/prototype workshops
Develop and document testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
Facilitate train-the-trainer and end-user training
Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations with other systems
Communicate and liaise with Key Users for complete analysis of business requirements
Drive Post Production Hypercare

Key Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business and/or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
12-14 years of experience relevant to this position including 8-10 years consulting experience
Experience in implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment to liaise with clients, project management, and offshore delivery center
Able to travel as needed in support of assigned projects
Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
Excellent verbal and written English communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
Good time management and Organized
Adapt to new projects and environment quickly with a strong personal drive and can-do attitude
Able to learn new products and technologies on the job quickly

Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to design business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs Operates independently by applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, leading practices, and creativity to develop business solutions on moderately complex customer engagements Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals Contributes to statements of work, work breakdown structures and/or level of effort and staff plans Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to implementation team May lead solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes within one product family; or architects and designs technology solutions that address cross stack issues

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Broad product, technology or industry expertise Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions Ability to travel as needed
