4 - 8 years of shown experience in Problem Management skills
Identifies change requests that have not been acted upon in a timely manner and takes appropriate action
Ensures that problem are communicated in time and adequate manner
Create and distribute Incident Management reports
Reviews all implemented changes to ensure that they have been carried out
Carries out the Process Manager responsibilities for Change Management process
Collect Change Assessment Results and Issues
Ready and Present Change Authorization Package

Working knowledge of Intel / DBA/ Unix / Windows OS/Exchange
Proven ability on ITIL principles
You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
