Job Description:

We are looking at an young and energetic office assistant / Computer operator who must have good communication skills

Responsibilities and Duties

Handle office interactions with visitors/ Clients

This includes answering phone inquiries, and handling requests or complaints in a professional manner

Keep track of work on daily basis

Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma/ 10+2/ Graduate(any)

Good organization, scheduling and time management skills

Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills
