Responsibilities and Duties


  • Provide administrative support to project managers and field personnel

  • Maintain and monitor project plans and work hours, ensuring all projects are in compliance with the proper documentation

  • Billing preparation

  • Arrange travel plans such as booking flights, cars, and hotel reservations

  • Office support as needed with the team

  • Flexible with different office tasks

  • Screen phone calls





  • Comfortable with the computer, word, excel, outlook

  • Greet and assist visitors and prepare meeting space for meetings

  • Connect inbound calls to the right person and department

  • File, print, copy, fax, scan, mail in/out, and binding support

  • Update Standard Operating Procedures

  • Communicate events, policies, and other announcements

  • Provide support in planning and executing company workshops and events
