Job Description:

Experience in MS Office (Word/Excel Spreadsheets etc) good command over English language



  1. Enter and updates data daily

  2. Use various databases to store and manage data

  3. Generate bi-weekly reports

  4. Ensure that entries are correct and complete

  5. Contact customers to clarify incomplete or unclear information

  6. Cross-reference data reports with customer logs

  7. Compile and organizes customer data

  8. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  9. Respond to internal requests for access to protected files

  10. Answer main phone line and directs callers to appropriate areas
