About The Role

Role Location 347 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000

Role Type 12 month fixed term, will transfer to Zurich by 29th November

This role delivers complaints reporting and insights across the Insurance division This includes complaints captured at the frontline as well as complaints escalated to the Wealth Complaint Resolution Centre (CRC)

The role manages the central repository for all complaints data and provides the business with insights drawn from the data, to support improvement of Insurance products and services and complaint reduction opportunities These insights must enable business units to understand and solve complaint drivers and customer pain points and the role is responsible for recommending process improvements to reduce complaints drivers It will also ensure that complaint insights are used upfront in new organisational initiatives, used effectively to meet complaint reduction targets The incumbent will use stakeholder management skills to develop and embed strong working relationships between WCRC and the wider business

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring skills and experience in the following

Strong experience/background in Life Insurance
Advanced Excel Skills more than 5 years of background
Knowledge in Macros, Dashboards, formulas and dynamics, automating reports
Analytical skills look into data and analyse it
Process improvement skills
Excellent communication skills
