Strategic Initiatives is the connector that brings the location and functional teams together We enable the location with future ready capabilities and its journey towards becoming centres of excellence

About the Role

Schedule, implement and periodically suggest new community-based programs, partnerships and other engagement initiatives
Identify, initiate and develop relationships with various community stakeholders (BELT Members & Unit heads)
Implement surveys and other ways for communicating and receiving feedback from the employees about the Swiss Re and its community initiatives
Create mechanisms for internal and external evaluation of engagement initiatives
Preparation & distribute information on engagement activities to the community and broader Swiss Re staff through multiple internal channels (Our space, Storyboards, Visuals and emails)
Creating high-impact business presentation adhering to Swiss Re standards

About you

Overall 5-7 years of work experience, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience
Expertise in community engagement, communications & stakeholder management
Project (end to end) and Program management skills proven on mid to large scale projects
Exposure to multi-cultural work environment
Experience and successful working in partnership with employees & senior leadership
Managed a wide array of tasks, projects and possess ability to thrive in an agile work environment
Visualization skills with expert knowledge in MS Office Suite and additional tools like Adobe, Think Cell, Tableau
