Responsibilities

Provides direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors designing, developing and deploying innovative, business critical cloud base services Accountable for both people management and program management
Accountable for Project leadership across print organization Build and foster strong partnerships Actively bridges technical and business cultures and perspectives to promote cross-organizational collaboration
Demonstrates business acumen and applies it for effective business engagement with internal customers Exerts influence beyond the immediate team, with ability to present and influence at senior management level
Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated, and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational road-maps
Provides people-care management for assigned team members, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development
Communicates project status and escalates issues to direct managers, program managers, and internal and external development partners
Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions opportunities
Use project management tools to properly plan, document and track performance against schedule

Qualifications

Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent with proven experience enabling application development and supporting business critical programs
5 years of demonstrated People management experience
5 years of demonstrated Program management experience
Relevant experience in cloud-based services and software development

Knowledge and Skills

Strong software development management skills and experience
Strong Program Management experience
Experience with full software development life cycle
Ability to lead and develop technical teams and drive for results
Demonstrated strong project management planning and execution skills
