Coordinating with Healthcare Service Provider to provide the cashless benefit to our valued client Handel grievances and escalation of the clients Coordinating with the client for smooth and timely cashless approval Ensure the renewals of Clients with FHPL as TPA Preparing Reports for the claims and cashless services Check point for the services provided by the team to clients Meeting with clients, brokers and Insurers to enhanced service level Meeting with broker, Insurer and clients for new business Coordinating with Head office, regional offices and branch offices for client based on Multi- Location Interacting with internal office departments for query resolution and timely claim processing Ensure quick query resolution from team for the queries of clients Follow ups with corporates, Brokers and insurance companies for endorsements and policy Sharing claim report and MIS on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis to insurers, brokers and clients Participating in Insurance Company reviews meeting, gathering the information, analyzing and driving for improving efficiency and quality services Possess skills in analyzing the business processes to develop customized solutions for Key Corporate,
