Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the development and closing of highly complex information technology solutions to senior client executives, which can include the CEO, CFO, CIO, Board of Directors and evaluation committees
Required to have an in-depth understanding of the clients business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions Lead large, multi-disciplined teams, and integrating products & services required to meet business needs
To handle set of accounts in North Patch and work with internal partners to bring value solutions to these customers Accountable for total customer satisfaction, market share, IBM revenue
Primary objective shall be to get revenue and signings from accounts apart from handling relationships at various levels

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 10 years of enterprise solution selling in Hardware, Software, or similar
Lead multiple opportunities concurrently although typically in different sales stages and have assigned contract signings, expense, and customer satisfaction targets for the industry (Public and Government)
Experience with complex clinical systems, leading multiple prospective clients thru a long sales cycle required & selling complex solutions Enterprise customers
A consistent track record of driving and closing enterprise deals Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
Strategic account planning and execution skills
Experience selling to C-Level and across both IT and business units to customers in North

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 5 years sales experience in handling Enterprise customers
Passion and dedication for customer success
Ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform
Shown ability for sales in emerging skills like Cloud, Security, Analytics
Shown consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
