Length 6 month Contract

Working Hours 830am to 515pm (plus occasional out of hours work when required)

Rate Up to 700 total charge per day

The Integration Manager will be part of a team whose responsibility it is to guide our clients and vendors through the Standard Delivery Life Cycle and connect to the various services offered by EBS and BrokerTec This is a client facing role, so the Team are expected to have a passion for working with clients; able to manage an extensive list of projects; good time management; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; plus strong project governance
The right candidate should have a great understanding of FIX protocol; understand the trading and STP mechanics for Buy-Side and Sell-Side; MultiCast Experience; good knowledge of networking and connectivity solutions; knowledge of FX and Fixed Income markets; and experience integrating clients, vendors and OMS

Develop and manage relationships with clients; vendors and OMS, working closely with business and technology teams to deploy solutions to our clients
Work with the Sales Team to provide pre-Sales Technical support
Build relationships and processes with the internal teams who will assist with the customer deployment
Stakeholder Management - Ensure regular communications take place between stakeholder, facilitating meetings and bring key stakeholders together to ensure a positive client experience
Complete projects in line with Sales and clients expectations
Ensuring structured and effective delivery of service
Owning the Deployment Project and ensuring the client is effectively handed over to Customer Support
Document any new or non-standard solutions ensuring this documentation is shared for ongoing support
Work with Development, Product and third-party development team to prioritise changes
Enhancing the onboarding workflows for customers to reduce the time it takes to bring customers onboard This could involve simplifying the testing, providing automation tools or advice or sourcing external products that would suit the purpose
Regulatory Change Work closely with internal and external team to implement regulatory change when required
To fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business

Experienced FIX API Integration Specialist
Good understanding of Unix and Linux commands
Background of deploying FIX APIs to Buy-Side and Sell-Side institutions
Understanding of the Standard Deployment Life Cycle for Integration Projects
Understanding of network connectivity solutions
Self-Starter Ability to work in isolation, managing client integration projects, time and the clients expectations
Excellent client facing skills, as well as written and oral communication skills
Leadership and team building
Stakeholder management
Collaboration tools (Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA)
Pragmatic approach to problem solving
Programming languages and system development

Understand trading of fixed income; and spot, forward, swap and NDF FX FOR BUY-SIDE AND SELL-SIDE
Pre-trade, trade and post-trade workflows and APIs
Disclosed and non-disclosed trading models
Understand the concept of conformance test
Scripting to automate manual processes (setting up FIX GW sessions, upgrades, start up after maintenance, etc)
An appreciation of network routing and hardware
Understanding of Multicast, plus Itch, BPP (Binary Packet Protocol), MoldUDP64 protocols
Knowledge of deploying vendor solutions onto client sites
Good knowledge and understanding of other financial messaging protocols FIX, TOF, XML, web service etc

Flexibility for out of hours work is essential to ensure your project deployments are completed professionally and successfully
