Who Youll Work With Were looking for an amazing individual to help transform the business for one of our very critical Service Provider (SP) Customers in India

The Client Engagement Manager (CEM) will be responsible for driving Ciscos SP business across the customer business domain of Infrastructure, Enterprise and Services BEM will perform a critical role in assuring Ciscos business offerings are aligned with Customers needs, pain-points, fulfil their end customer requirements, and positively impact Ciscos Customers financial performance

You will also drive and proliferate the business strategy, perspective, consultation across a wide spectrum of account and its domains, including Cloud infrastructure, IT, Enterprise, Mobility, Internet of Everything, Security, Orchestration, Datacentre and Networking by orchestrating various technical & business domain experts (ie Sales CD/RM, Technical Lead, BU PLM, Services, Delivery & Internal leadership/management)

New Business Creation across multiple architectures eg 5G, NFVI, Automation E2E
Customer Strategic Engagements Value Creation eg Business Cases/EBITDA Impact
Mindshare Creation at the CXO level
Customer Service Creation -leading to new business areas
Drive SPaach with Airtel
You will be highly visible as the potential lead consultant in meeting sales team endeavours to support the development of business proposals, exploring new business-models, conducting CxO EBCs, bringing them to Cisco forums, mobilizing the enterprise market segment, coordinating with SPaaCh/SPaaEnterprise, defining short-mid and long term joint customer programs, coordinating, Marketing events, Cisco scope engagements, and contracts relevancy, effectively translating customer business requirements into agile, effective engagements to Cisco leadership

What Youll Do Contribute to maximizing Ciscos bookings, revenue and margin performance
Youll provide frequent customer-facing expertise in creating, documenting, and validating the offer detailed requirements
Youll articulate the value of Cisco solutions to the customer by aligning business skills, efforts, and deliverables associated with qualified sales opportunities
Develop and build a strong long term account plan for your assigned Territory/Segment/Account
You will help to execute that plan by sales team to reach your assigned business revenue goal targets
Build senior executive strategic relationships with customer and initiate interactions to gain the customer knowledge (key partners contacts, business strategy, priorities, organization, policy, processes and capability) and keep developing new relationships across the industry that your Cisco business extends
Lead and administer your business, executing customer facing sales process demonstrating sales programs and sales opportunity management including forecasting and opportunity management using Sales Force and other Cisco tools

Who You Are 10 years of experience in SP Sales/Business strategy related position(s) with which extensive management/leadership/key account management skills are needed
Experience in positioning and proposing the accurate strategy various levels of customers within their organizations
Shown ability be self-motivated beyond the expected results internally and externally
