Job Description:


The Acquisition Executive is responsible for helping a department or company increase sales for both short term and long term He/she works to increase a company\\\'s revenues by acquiring new customers


Education/Experience Requirements


A successful candidate must possess a MBA in Marketing or Bachelor\\\'s degree in marketing, business management or any business-related fields and at least 1 years experience in sales, commercial lending or other relevant field

2 Proven marketing and sales skills,


3 Exceptional oral and written communication skills


4 Ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly in non-technical language


5 Vast knowledge in financial institution procedures and policies, superb research skills, proven leadership skills


6 To build new clients for the organization, build rapport and trust in both yourself and the company


7 Responsible to drive sales activities within assigned region


Job Description


1 To generate leads from given database & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process


2 To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company\\\'s products and services


3 To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis


4 To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure


5 To be an interface between the customer and inteal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company


6 To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company\\\'s payment terms


7 Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements


8 Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan
