Job role

As a Channel Manager, you have strong understanding and relationships on how channel partners (VAR, SI, OEM, Banks) work to help accelerate the distribution of technology/saas company

- Our objective is to accelerate the sales and distribution of our flagship GST Enterprise compliance solution to the top 1 lac businesses in the country by leveraging multiple types of channel partners

Responsibilities

- Build a strong Channel Eco System with a strong Plan to deliver organizations objective

- Travel extensively across channel partner network to sign up and grow them

- Become a subject expert on the Cleartax GST Enterprise product

- Ability to program manage and execute trainings for channel sales team members

- Deliver revenue targets assigned month on month

- Understand on ground challenges and tweak the pitch and process

- Handle and manage channel conflict

Required skills

- 3+ Years of Channel Experience in a reputed organization

- Post Graduate Degree in Management or Similar

- Strong track record of excellence in execution

- Determination to overachieve the targets assigned

- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and problem solving

- The ability to assess a market, pull insights from the metrics you- ve been tracking, and execute a plan to improve

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
