Responsibilities

Reporting to the HOD, responsibilities will be to support the functional pillars of the organisation and assist with best-in-class advisory and servicing of Financial Services & Professions Group (FSPG) Singapore portfolio of clients, including but not limited to the following

Claims Pillar

Providing strategic claims management support for all complex and/or contentious FSPGs client claims
Supporting key client relationships with a focus on client governance and claims advocacy and all related service undertakings
Advisory on coverage and appropriateness of claims notification and resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways
Working with the HOD and the Regional Claims Advocacy team in the training and development of the team, and the establishment and delivery of best practice service standards to the FSPG client base, including the maintenance of data management systems, claims data analysis and reporting

Broking Pillar

Broking, advisory and servicing of major clienteles jointly or severally with the FSPG team and manage a portfolio segment of clients, delivering a consistently high and reliable service standard
Developing new business opportunities in the legal sector and assisting with the existing legal sector clients within the FSPG spectrum to contribute and achieve the teams collective business goals
Partnering with the regional management and service teams to deliver the widest practical range of products and services available from Aon to the FSPG client base
Review of the market products and solutions from a legal perspective to aid the development and enhancement of efficacy to benefit FSPG client base

As a member of the team

Ensure and monitor compliance & controls for self and team with respect to all MAS & Aon mandated processes & standards including but not limited to Non-Negotiables, Aon Client Promise and Aon Broking Guide
Review and support the performance standards and development within the team to enhance best-in-class broking as well as to reduce E&O risks in the course of service delivery
Develop and implement efficient operational processes
Leading ad-hoc FSPG projects
Build successful long-term business relationships at all levels with clients, insurers and key stakeholders

Requirements

Law Degree, with a high-level understanding and experience of the insurance industry in Singapore
Ability to interact at C-suite level / senior management audience
Possess excellent oral, written, presentation skills
Positive and resilient personality, adaptable to change
Attributes to include reliability and accountability We are looking for a strong team player
Attention to detail; results orientated; and a keen sense of urgency essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
