Job Role

- Managing and leading bank staff to deliver exceptional customer service and to acquire new customers and boost branch profits

- Monitoring customer accounts and maintaining all quality and procedural standards within the branch

- Setting and achieving targets by motivating and leading the bank staff

- Implementing policies that build trust between the bank and its customers

- Setting the example by practically showing the methods to implement in various parameters including the sales, operations, other maintenance of the branch

- Being tough at times needed and ensuring the smooth completion of things and overachieving the assigned targets

- Managing the daily activities of the branch

- Enforcing the companies policies, principles, and procedures

- Inspiring and motivating staff

- Identifying then addressing team training and development needs

- Coaching and developing staff to do more and better

- Adherence to regulatory requirements
