Job Description:

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a strategic thinker and problem solver with ability to quickly assess and summarize information and effectively identify issues or risks and potential resolutions The candidate should have experience in setting and executing sustainable learning strategies that have driven business results

- Excellent verbal and written communication apart from outstanding presentation skills

- End-to-end understanding of the L&D ecosystem from a Consultant point of view

- Knowledge and experience within the EduTech sector and proven contribution to the L&D function of a fast growing mid-size company will be an added advantage

- Understanding of learning strategy, program design, content and innovative practices within the L&D space

- Must be a Certified Coach, Certified Master Trainer with an understanding of Psychometric Assessment tools

- Good network with industry SMEs and the L&D fraternity

- Should be a thought leader with published case-studies and white papers

- Domain exposure in at least two of our key verticals (Retail, Auto & BFSI)

- Must be able to proactively guide and support business teams and engage with staff at all levels

Key Responsibility Areas

- Conceptualize Learning and Development strategy for Clients

- Help design and manage Leadership and other Behavioral training programs and corresponding training material based on organizational, functional and other business needs of the clients

- Advice clients on Change Management - increase awareness of the behavioral competency framework linking it to various HR processes like hiring, promotions, appraisals etc

- Responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive integrated plan for building higher engagement with new Clients

- Negotiate contracts and manage partnership with the Clients

- Interact with key Clients for content development to know if there are skill-set gaps

- Develop new training modules, activities & methodologies as per requirement

- Design, develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of all learning solutions and programs developed

- Be a single point of contact for all Learning & Development queries with the clients
