The CEO is responsible for the success or failure of the company Operations, marketing, strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, PR, etc- it all falls on the CEOs shoulders Being responsible means that the CEO is the one held accountable for the success of the companys efforts, across the board

- Candidates must come from a background of running successful organizations in the field of Education and have successfully created a brand

- Must be from Entrepreneur background with hands-on experience in building business in online education and classroom education

- Must be a prominent person with a history of success in his career acknowledged by media

- Have a strong knowledge on how to set up organizations and be able to form their strategy for growth

- Must have exposed working into Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Branding, Alliance & Operations area

- Business Driven personality with humble in nature

- Complete charge of all functions (academic and administrative) activities at the Institute

- Involved in the process of introducing & initiating various certificate courses

- Overall charge of all training & placement activities of all the departments

- Enterprising leader with a solid record of contributions that streamlined operations, invigorated businesses, heightened productivity & enhanced internal control

- Great orator with extremely good communication skills

- Should be people person

- Be able to work under deadline pressure and be able to deliver high quality results

- Organized and able to work independently

The capacity of this role

- General Management Role with overall P&L responsibility for the College campus

- Responsibility of creating the short term and long-term plans for the growth of the organization in India

- Responsible for admissions, operations, budgets, revenue and margins growth, collections, P&L, and staff recruitment

- Accountable for stakeholder satisfaction, building and maintaining good relationships with the Advisory board and regulatory bodies/ officials

- Set up and scale up businesses and educational institute

- Accountable to provide an overall proactive leadership in an educational organization for

bringing the best outcome in Teaching- Learning Processes, Corporate Relations and Branding of the organization

- Continually endeavoring to improve the operating effectiveness of the Institute

- Keep informed of current practices and techniques relating to Institute programs, teaching and administration by attending meetings and professional development conferences, and reading professional materials

- Recommends yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages organizations resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations

- Regularly review financial statements, itemized payroll, payables and receivables list

- Do realistic cash forecast for the next 90 and 180-day periods

- Evaluate asset utilization and re-deploy if appropriate and prudent in the short term

- Ensure that the companys image in the marketplace is high
