This role is part of our CXO team and will be building the companys`s nascent yet very successful sales efforts into a formidable yet agile & nimble organization, capable of hitting month on month growth numbers of 30-40%, with high quality of sales & ever improving margins You get to work with the best and will have an open canvas for structuring your team and strategy in the best possible manner to achieve the above outcome

Heres the rough breakdown of how youll spend your time

20% strategy

40% managing the demand value chain

20% fine tuning sales & related processes

20% marketing

Youll be asked to create a lot of our processes from scratch, but will also benefit from several unique resources

- Multiple types of revenue models

- A large list of customers, knowledge partners and suppliers who have transacted with us

- A lean, efficient, flexible product & technology team that listens to customer needs and prioritizes feedback

- Funding and partnership from several large strategic investors

You should be

- Experienced with the B2B sales process, added advantage if it has been asset light business models

- Proficient and broadly knowledgeable about the modern sales/marketing stack

- Comfortable with taking risks, failing quickly, experimenting, and shifting your opinions

- Skilled at identifying, attracting, and managing top sales and marketing talent


You will be a great fit for the role if you have

Experience Required

- 10 plus years of work experience
