Job Description:

We are launching a new brand in the FMCG - Indian Snacks market It is a mass-premium brand that will disrupt the traditional Indian snacks market basis its authenticity, superior quality, unique brand positioning and innovation We are looking for a senior colleague to be our Chief Brand Officer - our Brand Custodian The Brand Manager will be responsible for building the brand in entirety

Key responsibilities include

- Design and implement the brand strategy through broad and micro-campaigns

- Define brand positioning basis consumer insights

- Monitor and ensure coherence in all aspects of the brand - design, communication, packaging etc

- Translate brand objectives into plans and go-to-market strategies

- Manage a small Marketing team (2) who are focussed on performance marketing and store activation respectively

- Manage creative development to motivate the target audience to take action

- Manage marketing budgets and brand P&L

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI basis steep targets and defined KPIs

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors- activities

- Oversee new and ongoing marketing campaigns across media and advertising activities

- Devise innovative growth strategies in traditional and non-traditional channels

- Align the company around the brands direction, choices, and tactics

- Explore and implement brand associations

- Work with agencies in a cost-effective manner
