Job Description:

1 Bachelor s Degree in BCom

2 Chartered Accountant

3 Completion of a master s degree in Finance from an accredited college or university

Experience Candidate should have work experience of 7 to 10 Years in a Public Limited Company having minimum turnover of Rs 500 crores

Functional Area

1 Handling the accounts and banking matters of the organization

2 continuous management of financial systems and budgets

3 undertaking financial audits

4 providing financial advice

5 reviewing the company s systems and analysing risk

6 performing tests to check financial information and systems

7 liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with any financial irregularities, if any

8 producing reports and recommendations following internal audits or public- sector audits

9 preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts

10 arranging financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting

11 advising on tax and treasury issues
