Channel Manager ( 19001242 )

General Description

The Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the channel and channel sales of the entire portfolio in the overall region He will also be expected to interact with end-users along with partners every time required in order to fast track channel sales development The role will include SMB accounts across the given territory

A week in the life of a Regional Sales Manager

Manage the existing Distributor and Reseller channel

Develop the channel by recruiting the relevant new partners

Develop channel sales both Enterprise and SMB with the relevant channels and strategy

Attend calls and customer meetings along with partners every time required in order to fast-track channel sales development

Deliver sales trainings on a regular basis remotely and/or on site to keep developing the channels awareness of our fast evolving offering and its positioning

Create and maintain an overall territory plan as well as business plans with distributors and focus partners

Maintain accurate partner forecasts

Maintain and develop customer prospecting tools for partners

Work closely with the channel marketing team in order to design and implement channel marketing campaigns

Work closely with the channel program team in order to roll out and ensure compliance with the partner program

Work with the business development team in order to define and roll out channel sales initiatives

Attend internal trainings to develop relevant knowledge and skills

Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

To succeed at this job, you must have

Good understanding of selling hardware and software solutions via System Integrators or Channel Partners

IT Security experience regionally for a minimum of 3 years

Excellent organizational and communications skills

Team player with high level of drive

You must be fluent in English

You must have a Bachelor degree in related field

We are looking for someone with 5 years of sales experience in IT industries and at least 3 years of experience at major channel sales
