* will be responsible for managing overall Sales & Operations of the centre * will be Responsible for revenue targets and profitability of the centre * Communicate with team members through daily scheduled meetings * Properly delegate, monitor and evaluate assigned responsibilities of all the team members including Sales, front desk and training teams * Establish and maintain the company protocol & policies Helps generate sales leads through Company sponsored (walk-ins and telephonic inquiry) and employee sponsored (outreach and promotions) Updating Daily Management Tracker to reporting authority * Reviews monthly schedule of training, sales promotions and department meetings
