The Dallas CDS team provides a shared service for business critical activities in support of contracts with customers based in the US and Canada In particular the role-holder will perform the following activities in either a primary or backup capacity

- Print and Dispatch assist with the accurate processing of BT customer invoices in line with customers and business requirements
- Accounts Payable invoice scanning assist with the accurate processing of BT supplier invoices to include the gathering, sorting, scanning and deductively determine accurate GFRs while implementing invoices into system(s)
- BT Americas Corporate Credit Card - functional mailbox monitoring and maintenance, reporting, account collection activities
- Ariba functional mailbox - access requests and inquiries
- Staples functional mailbox - managing the approvals and reporting of purchases by authorized employees
- Purchase Order processing open and manage the approvals and maintain the POs for Finance
- Craft emails to stakeholders and specific line managers
- Ability to assist and respond to inquiries from client(s) and other departments on supported process and collected data
- Work on ad-hoc tasks as they arise and capable of taking on additional projects not standard to your day-to-day business


Educated to a High School Level or higher


- Working knowledge of MS Office products with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
